At The Kunuz, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each of our gift packages is carefully prepared and checked before delivery. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (Islamic gifts, food items, and religious items), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong item or incomplete package

The item(s) were damaged during shipping

You received an expired or unusable product (e.g. spoiled dates)

We’ll verify and arrange a return or exchange where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

The returned product is approved for refund after inspection

The product is out of stock after order placement

The order was canceled before dispatch
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept returns for:

Opened food items (e.g. dates, Zamzam bottles)

Personalized/custom-made gift boxes

Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Orders returned without prior approval
Shipping for Returns
If your return is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the item back. Return shipping costs:

Will be covered by The Kunuz in case of our fault (wrong/damaged item)

Will be covered by customer in other approved return cases
