2. Our Products & Services

The Kunuz offers curated cultural and Islamic gift boxes and Tabarruk (sacred) packages intended for distribution among relatives, friends, and loved ones. These include (but are not limited to):

• Hadiyah (gift) boxes for occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, Nikah, Aqeeqah, Baby Arrival, etc.

• Tabarruk packages including items like Zamzam water, Ajwa dates, Tasbih, and more.

• Customizable Islamic gift bundles.

All products are designed, packed, and shipped with care within Pakistan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or under adult supervision to place an order on our website. By using our services, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payment via available methods listed at checkout (e.g., Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, etc.).

• Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the city and item availability.

• Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or high demand (especially during Ramadan & Eid).

• Shipping charges (if any) are mentioned at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our gift and Tabarruk products, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the case of:

• Damaged or defective items

• Wrong product received

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos and your order ID. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our policy criteria.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, orders will be processed and shipped. Customized or personalized gift boxes cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

8. Use of Content

All content on The Kunuz (images, text, packaging design, branding) is the intellectual property of The Kunuz. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Kunuz is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services or products. We are also not liable for any courier-related issues once a package is dispatched.
